APPLICATION DEADLINES & FEES:
• The registration will close earlier if the maximum number of participants is reached before the deadline.
• LATE registrations will be accepted by Jan 15.
• Full payment must be made upon registration.
• FEE: ₹199 FEE: ₹299 late fee will be applied after JAN 15.

MEET OUR JUDGES

FINAL PERFORMANCES & AWARDS:
• All contestants will be evaluated by the panel of judges and awarded individually. Awards are based on skill, presentation, and general entertainment value of the performance.
• All performers will receive a Certificate of the Contest and be featured on Kavarvi’s website, YouTube Channel, and Facebook page.
• All participants will receive the judges’ comments, score sheets, and individual announcement posters.
• Top 50 Talents will be invited for the award function.
⚠️ CONTESTANTS MUST ADHERE TO THE RULES & REGULATIONS BEFORE AUDITIONING OR PARTICIPATING. THE TEAM CANNOT BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR NON-COMPLIANCE. NO DISCUSSIONS ON POINTS MENTIONED IN THE RULES WILL OCCUR.
• The registration fee + payment gateway charge should be paid in INR only.
• The registration will close earlier if the maximum number of participants is reached before the deadline.
• Fees once paid will not be refunded.
• Participants can register separately for multiple categories, and awards function tickets will be determined based on the venue.
• Even though you paid the amount, if you do not participate, certificates & awards will not be provided.
• The judges' decisions are final. Contestants & their families are prohibited from contacting them about the competition, & no score sheet is available post-contest.
