WHO IS OUR BAND FACE??

• Registration Fees will be announced and must be paid before submitting your Finale Audition Entry.

• Registration must be completed within 3 days of the announcement to allow pre-ordering of promotional materials.

• All selected participants must read and sign the Band Agreement.

• If not selected, the Registration Fee will be fully refunded.

• Dress Code (Photoshoot): Yellow, Gold, or Family All-Yellow Theme.

We are forming a Band, which will have 3 Teams inside it.

Each Team will have 5 core band members with the following structure:

• 1 Artistic Leader

• 1 Administrative Leader

• 5 Core Band Members

✅ Total = 15 core band members (3 Teams × 5 members each) will make up the Band.

This model keeps the Band united while ensuring each team has its own leadership, creativity, and smooth coordination.

🎤 Finale Performance Format

Each finalist performs two short songs:

1. Self-Chosen Song – submitted in the Google Form.

2. Judge-Assigned Song – revealed 3 days before the Launch Event.

• Initial limit: 15 members only — first register, first serve.

• Songs must be performed offline during the Launch Event with corrections & guidance from the team.
   

🎙 Speech Segment

Each participant gives a 1-minute speech:

• For Kids- Parents: Punctuality & Commitment

• Seniors: Musical & Administrative Contribution

🔎 Not scored, but helps the team assess commitment, attitude & potential.

🏆 Judging Criteria

Performances will be evaluated on:

1. Vocal / Instrument Skill – 30%

2. Stage Presence & Confidence – 25%

3. Originality & Creativity – 20%

4. Audience Engagement – 15%

5. Professionalism & Discipline – 10%

🎶 Stage & Equipment (Launch Day)

• Basic Sound & Mic will be provided.

• Participants must bring their own Instruments if required.
